Cancellation and Refund Policy for Flower Orders
1.1. Cancellation Deadline: Customers must submit any cancellation requests at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
1.2. Cancellation Fee: In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order amount will be deducted.
If the arrangement has been made or is on its way to be delivered we will not be able to offer a refun
2.1. Rescheduling Deadline: Customers have the option to reschedule their flower orders without incurring any fees, provided the request is made before the original delivery date.
2.2. Process for Rescheduling: To reschedule an order, customers must contact Darcie Nicol Floral Designs on 0459060295 at least 24 hours before the original delivery date.
3.1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in section 1.
3.2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date of cancellation, and the amount refunded will be net of the applicable cancellation fee.
4.1. Unforeseen Circumstances: Darcie Nicol Floral Designs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule orders in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
4.2. Customer Notification: In the event of order cancellation due to force majeure, customers will be promptly notified, and alternative arrangements will be discussed.
